Late Mr. Manick Lal Bose was the pioneer of the Tea Business. Under his patronage “M.L.BOSE& Co” took shape in 1961 and flourished in Wholesale, Retail and Export Business. In later years, to attract a larger clientele the business was shifted to Kolkata, India under the name of "BOSE BROTHERS”. The company is largely a privately held institution and an auction member of the Tea Board of India. Moreover, it has a licence for use of DARJEELING CTM from Darjeeling Tea Board. The company has their own Tea Tasters who after certifying, the finest blends of the Teas are then distributed to the customers. For the last 50 years, the company has earned a great reputation from its large clientele for providing them with the best quality GREEN TEA (Darjeeling), BLACK TEA (Darjeeling, Assam, Dooars, Nilgiri), ORTHODOX (Assam, Dooars, Uttaranchal), OOLONG TEA, WHITE TEA and ORGANIC Tea.
