We specialize in manufacturing of Scissor Lifts, Dock levelers, Upender, Goods lift, Carlift in western India & have been in the field for over 25 years, having prestigious clients such as Mercedes Benz, Telco, Siemens, Hero Honda, Marauti Udyog, Yamaha, Samsonite, Dupont etc. We started manufacturing in the field of Hydraulics in 1971 & using our long experience in Hydraulics we have developed special manifold safety blocks which are superior to hose burst valves generally being used in India. Scissor lifts need to be produced with High precision workmanship, for successful working otherwise the platform begins to float, defeating the purpose of a scissor lift. Also the working pressure has to be kept min.for long life of working components under Indian conditions. We achieve the lowest pressure by special software. Our list of major clients who place repeat orders on us is a standing example. We have developed computer design technique to optimize Hydraulic pressure & other parameters. We use lot of imported components such as Bushes, Hydraulic valves & Hydraulic seals By designing equipment with low operating pressure the life of Hydraulic Components such as Hydraulic pump, Cylinder seals, Hydraulic hose pipe, Fittings etc.is very much prolonged in Indian conditions. The total weight of our equipments is also much higher than our competitors making it more rigid for long trouble free life in Indian working conditions. Our Equipment with M/s. Tata Motors, Mercedes Benz, Crompton Greaves, Hero Honda Ltd, New Holland, Volkswagen, Areva Ltd, L&T etc are working successfully for almost 10 years.
