The core strength of this division is its workforce of more than 2500 fully trained, non-unionized security personnel. The division also maintains 24 x 7 control rooms with emergency response and backup teams at all branch locations. The division has high supervision level with a guard to supervisor ratio of 4:1 and a guard to banded manager ratio of 50 : 1.
